Good evening!
I'm sure your kids are just as excited and nervous as I am on this, the night before the first day of 2nd grade! I can't tell you how nice it was to meet all of you and learn about your children. It made my excitement to meet them even greater! I know we are going to have a fabulous year.
Please remember to have your children meet me in front of the school tomorrow morning at 8:30. I'll be waiting to greet you all. The only thing students will need tomorrow is their lunch, if they are bringing it from home. All other school supplies have been purchased and are waiting for students in their desks. Also, please remember tomorrow is a half day, so dismissal is at 1:00.
Hopefully we all get a good night's sleep and are well rested for the big day ahead tomorrow. I'm so looking forward to getting to know all my new kiddos!
